Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn automotive skills; enthusiasm welcomed.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach and mentor a team of 4–5 technicians.
• Organize inventory of tires, wheels, blades, and lug nuts.
• Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Hands-on training and development to grow skills.
