Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and mentor a team, ensure safe, timely service, and drive a positive, customer-first store culture. You’ll start with a floor-led approach, coaching team members and staying hands-on to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a safe, inviting experience.
• Grow skills through hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
