Responsibilities

• Set pace for the store and tone for the team; start with a huddle and assign bays.
• Coaching a team of 4-5 technicians; train, mentor, and supervise.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a welcoming, safe experience.
• Grow skills through hands-on training and development.
