Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced tire retail environment. You will coach technicians, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and service standards to keep customers on the road. This role offers growth from within and a people-first culture.

You’ll guide inventory, develop staff, and ensure an inviting customer experience while supporting store leaders in achieving goals and maintaining store excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven coaching and mentoring ability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set the store pace, lead daily huddles, assign bays and manage workflow.
• Coach and mentor a team of technicians to deliver safe, timely service.
• Organize and manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades and accessories.
• Ensure a welcoming, easy, and safe customer experience.
