Discount Tire in United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, mentor technicians, and ensure safe, timely service for customers. You’ll set the pace, coach on the floor, and drive a positive, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not required (we will train you).
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Bust tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Managing: Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delighting customers: Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
