Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace for the store and tone for the team. Lead huddles and assign bays to ensure safe, timely service.
• Coach and mentor a team of 4-5 technicians, supervising operations and inventory.
• Organize inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with an inviting, easy, and safe experience.
• Grow through hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
