DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of Off Field Operations to drive store performance by leading inventory, stockroom execution, and frontline execution. You will coach teammates, manage schedules, and ensure efficient operations to deliver exceptional athlete experiences.

As a store leader, you’ll build a strong team, uphold merchandising standards, and execute plans for payroll and safety compliance while maintaining exceptional customer service and product knowledge for athletes

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing role.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences with knowledgeable product information.
• Lead inventory, merchandising, and stockroom execution to support store performance.
• Coach teammates and manage scheduling and payroll alignment.
• Open/close procedures and front-end operations when leading the store.
• Communicate goals and plans to direct reports and monitor progress.
