Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring for a Team Captain - Endzone & Loyalty. You will coach teammates, drive athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services, and deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships.

You will lead merchandising, coaching, scheduling, and performance management to ensure exceptional in-store experiences and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by helping customers with products and pricing.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and budgets.
• Create efficient schedules and workloads to meet traffic demands while achieving payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team, hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies across the team.
