DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Team Captain - Endzone & Loyalty to lead and coach teammates, drive athlete engagement in loyalty programs, and deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences.

You'll build strong relationships with athletes, recruit and onboard teammates, and ensure exceptional service while upholding store standards and programs that reward loyalty. This role focuses on coaching, accountability, and team performance on the sales floor.

• Experience in retail environments and handling checkout processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear product information.
• Lead and coach teammates, hire/onboard, and maintain a productive store environment.
• Develop and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and store goals.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive customer engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and loss prevention procedures.
