Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail/customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by guiding store guests to products and services.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and staffing.
• Lead scheduling and workload distribution to meet goals while controlling payroll.
• Build and lead a team through coaching, development, and performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures.
