Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and signage requirements.
• Promote and lead loyalty programs, warranty sales, and card enrollment.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans for priorities.
• Lead scheduling and workload planning to meet traffic and financial goals.
• Coach and develop teammates, ensure training and compliance with policies.
