Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Support Lead in Morganton, NC. You will train crew, supervise daily activities, and ensure excellent customer service. You may act as Manager on Duty, handle opening/closing duties, and help welcome new hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOR through personal contact with customers and trains on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash security, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
