Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor merchandised efficiently.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Performs routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
