Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew Lead/Manager on Duty role in Charlotte. You will train associates, supervise daily store activities, and help ensure outstanding customer service at checkout and on the sales floor.

You will assist with receiving, stocking, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures, including cash handling. A fast-paced, energetic environment offers growth and teamwork opportunities.

• Acts as Manager on Duty as needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Responsible for opening/closing duties including cash handling and security.
