Job summary

Five Below, Inc. in West Orange, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Support Lead to oversee crew operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will train staff, manage daily activities, and assist with stock and store opening/closing.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts may be required. Starting hourly rate is $16.42.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wow-ing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the best customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and takes responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
