Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly, personal service at the register.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to ensure great service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staffing decisions.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and helps control costs through merchandising and service.
• Maintains store upkeep and safety, including stock room organization.
