Job summary

Five Below is seeking a detail-oriented leader to oversee store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach crew on the BEST customer service, supervise daily activities, and assist with stocking and merchandising to boost sales.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and possibly overnight shifts, with responsibilities as a Manager on Duty when needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members WOW the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations and staff.
