Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BESt customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stocking.
