Job summary

Five Below in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking an hourly Crew Leader to deliver WOW customer service and train the team. You will oversee daily store operations, assist with stocking, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed with excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including securing cash and setting alarms for a smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery; performs routine store maintenance.
