Five Below in Parkville, MD is seeking an energetic Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will supervise crew, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while managing opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include overseeing stock, merchandising, and communicating with the leadership team to drive sales and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout experience.
Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
Open/close procedures including cash handling and security.
Help onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and team performance.
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and initiatives.
Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
