Five Below in New Jersey is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager by directing Front End operations and sales associates. You will model leadership, deliver results during your duty shifts, and drive key performance indicators while upholding Five Below’s value-driven culture.

The role focuses on WOWing customers, training staff on top-tier service, managing cash and payroll within budget, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Leads Front End Operations and supports store leadership.
• Trains staff on Five Below customer service standards (High Fives).
• Ensures fast, friendly checkout and maintains store cleanliness.
• Drives sales, manages cash handling, and supports payroll within budget.
• Assists in opening/closing procedures and supervises Associates as needed.
