Job summary

Five Below Inc is looking for a Support Lead to guide the store team under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. You will drive the customer experience, front-end operations, and daily store performance while modeling Five Below’s values.

You will lead cash handling, maintain cleanliness, safety, and drive sales through effective team leadership, coaching, and training. This hourly role requires flexibility and a focus on customer delight.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer by delivering exceptional service and leading front-end operations.
• Lead and supervise associates to achieve CSAT goals and drive sales.
• Train staff on customer service standards and SOPs.
• Open/close store procedures and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in payroll and merchandising procedures while managing store operations.
