Five Below is seeking an energetic leader for an hourly position responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing daily store operations. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and support merchandizing and sales initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Aufgaben

• WOW customers with personal service and a fast checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to ensure items are merchandised quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage opening/closing.
• Support onboarding and training of associates and drive store sales.
