Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Manager on Duty to lead store operations and deliver the WOW customer experience. You will train crew, supervise daily activities, and ensure fast, friendly check-out while maintaining stock and merchandising standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Expect a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves prepared.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staffing.
