Job summary

Five Below in Chicago is seeking a Store Crew Leader who will oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure a WOW customer experience. This hourly role starts at $17.55 with opportunities to lead a team and manage stock, merchandising, and checkout.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience, plus strong communication, multitasking ability, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise up to 25 lbs and stock up to 5-10 feet.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock.
• Stand for 80% of the time.
• Provide customer service in person and over the phone.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/overnight shifts.
