Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew supervisor responsible for delivering WOW customer service and training crew members in the BEST customer service experience. You will oversee daily store activities, assist with receiving and stocking, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of management experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Willingness to lead and train others

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members deliver WOW customer service
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations
• Open/close the store, handle cash and security procedures
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drive store sales and manage expenses
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations
• Perform store maintenance as needed
