Job summary

Five Below in Evanston, IL is seeking a Store Crew Leader to WOW customers through friendly, efficient service and to help manage daily store operations. You will supervise associates, assist with receiving and stocking, and support merchandising to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking ability, and a calm demeanor under pressure. Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends is required; starting pay is $17.55 per hour with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers through friendly service and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
