Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on customer service and oversee daily activities.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and merchandising.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open/close duties including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates; drive sales and control expenses.
