Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead crew members, and ensure a rapid, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You will assist with receiving and stocking, train associates, and help maximize sales while controlling expenses. The role requires effective communication and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and supervise crew to ensure policy and performance standards.
