Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to manage crew performance and deliver Wow moments for customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train, supervise, and support store associates to ensure a friendly, efficient checkout and operation.

The role includes overseeing daily activities, handling opening/closing duties, and driving sales while controlling costs. Candidates should have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills and be ready for a flexible schedule.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Mansioni

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening or closing procedures, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance (garbage, cleaning, stock room).
