Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily store operations, coach crew on the BEST customer service, and ensure a smooth customer experience at checkout.

You will help onboard and train associates, manage Open/Close procedures, protect cash and alarms, and drive sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and service improvements. A minimum of 1 year of management experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task; creative thinking; maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
