Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on customer service experience and policies.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and safety.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness for the day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for associates.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and store procedures.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
