Five Below, a fast-growing value retailer based in Philadelphia, is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee crew performance, drive sales, and ensure a WOW customer experience. The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task during busy shifts.

You will train associates, manage daily operations, and assist with stock, merchandising, and opening/closing duties, while supporting a friendly, fast-paced environment.
