Job summary

Five Below is hiring an organized, customer-focused leader to join our team as a store supervisor in the United States. You will oversee daily store operations, train crew members, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences for every guest.

You will act as Manager on Duty, handle opening/closing, cash controls, and safety procedures, while driving sales through merchandise execution and strong customer service. This hourly role starts at $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service and train on best practices.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing duties, cash, locks, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
