Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated leader to oversee store operations and guest services in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide crew on the BEST customer service, train associates, and coordinate daily tasks to ensure a smooth checkout and stock flow.

The role involves managing shifts, safeguarding cash, and supporting onboarding while driving sales through effective merchandising and team performance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests at checkout
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and sets alarms for smooth daily operation
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures
