Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and assume store operations and staff leadership responsibility.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policy adherence.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform maintenance tasks and keep store areas clean and organized.
