Responsibilities

• WOW customers through personal contact and excellent service.
• Train crew on best-in-class customer service experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Boost sales through merchandising improvements and strong customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and loss prevention.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
