Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety routines.
