Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms, and daily operations readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery strategies.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
