Job summary

Five Below in New York is seeking a store leader to deliver WOW customer service and oversee daily operations. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and partner with the leadership team to boost sales.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, multitasking, creativity, and composure under pressure. You will handle cash, stock, merchandising, and scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers with fast, friendly service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close store procedures including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
