Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service for customers. You will be referred to as Supervisor and report to the store management team, contributing to a distinctive world of adult beverages and more.

You will lead service, merchandising, and front-end operations, driving sales and KPIs, while coaching peers and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
