Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support management and grow our brand in a retail setting. You will assist store operations, foster a sales and service culture, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences for adults purchasing wine, spirits, beer, and more.

You will lead front-end operations, supervise staff, train teammates, and ensure compliance with laws while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
