Job summary

Yesway is seeking an on-site supervisor to support the Store Manager in training staff and managing daily store operations in Texas. The role includes scheduling, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring regulatory compliance to maintain smooth guest experiences.

Responsibilities include audits, merchandise placement, and monitoring profits via end-of-day procedures and other controls. A background in supervising teams in fast-paced retail settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
