Job summary

Kate Spade New York seeks a Supervisor to support store leadership, driving a customer-first, high-energy sales floor. You will coach the team, uphold brand standards, and model exceptional service and operational excellence on a luxury retail floor.

You will lead by example, develop talent, manage opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, and inventory. Omni-channel initiatives and live selling are integral to growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail service with management or floor leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and lead the team to meet KPI targets while analyzing metrics for improvements.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences, driving VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals, performance, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development.
