Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy fashion floor, building client relationships and driving sales. You will coach staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure inventory integrity while elevating service and brand standards.

You will champion omni-channel selling, contribute to VIP retention, and support recruitment and training. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, inclusive leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and navigate the sales floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team to meet KPI targets and improve results.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences.
• Coach team on goals, recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory activities.
• Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping.
