Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisory leader to create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. You will drive store productivity, coach the team, and support recruitment and onboarding while upholding brand standards.

You will manage opening/closing, POS transactions, and inventory, while leading omni-channel and live-stream selling initiatives to grow loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to lead a team, recruit, onboard, and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales while leading the team to achieve targets and KPIs; analyze metrics and implement best practices.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service; lead VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals, provide feedback, and foster an inclusive, diverse culture.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory integrity.
• Drive omni-channel and digital selling initiatives, including live-streams and data capture.
