Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and foster a best-in-class service culture. You will lead service, merchandising and front-end operations, helping drive sales and exceed KPIs.

You will supervise and coach team members, develop product knowledge, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations, driving sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development for product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
