Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a Supervisor to support management, supervise staff, and help grow our brand through excellent service. You will lead sales, coaching, and training in a dynamic store environment, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory retail experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. 21+ and physical readiness are needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities
