Total Wine & More in Florida seeks an On‑Site Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture delivering best-in-class service for our customers. You will lead by example, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will drive KPIs, coach peers, and support training across departments, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
