Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and foster a professional service culture. You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while delivering best-in-class service to customers.

You will supervise training, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, manage front-end operations, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the store, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years experience, 1+ year supervising in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
